Description
10 days tour from Casablanca, travelling in Morocco, 9 days trip, and exploring the Moroccan imperial cities of Casablanca, Rabat, Meknes, Fez, Marrakech, and the beautiful town of the Blue City. And UNESCO sites: Oudayas Kasbah, Old Medina, Volubilis, and Ait Ben Haddou. Moreover Sahara Desert and the dunes of Erg Chebbi, experience camel riding and spend the night in a desert camp.

Day 1: Arrive in Casablanca

Pick-up from Casablanca airport, if your flight lands earlier than you may start a visit of Casablanca and see the Hassan II Mosque, later we will experience the coastal “Cornish” seaside. Night in hotel.

Day 2: Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaouen

After breakfast, you will leave for Rabat around 1h30 and start a visit of 2 hours of Hassan Mosque, a wonder of the medieval Moorish world with its great minaret left unfinished when its founder died in 1199 the Chellah necropolis, and Oudaya Kasbah.
Afternoon, we arrive at the ‘Blue Town’ where for every shop selling tourist gifts, shoe repairs, groceries, stationery and sweets, a tailor sewing an elegant djellaba, butchers, bakers (one of the centers of life in each area), although candlestick makers don’t seem to have survived – Moroccan life as lived by the people of Chaouen. And don’t ignore the new town, which has some lovely examples of Andalusian architecture and a charming park at the end of Avenida Mohammed V.

Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis - Meknes – Fez

After breakfast, departure to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The city was built with 20 gates, more than 50 palaces and 15 miles of surrounding walls. Following lunch, stop at the remarkable Roman ruins of Volubilis, with its mosaics and temples. Later we go ahead to Meknès, the 16th century capital whose ruler, Moulay Ismail, modeled himself on France’s ‘Sun King’, Louis XIV: historical guided visit of Meknès, and . Night a Riad in Fez.

Today, we will explore the oldest culture in Morocco, “Fes”, the intellectual capital city. It has the oldest university in the world, El-Qaraouine, which was founded by Fatima El-Fihri. There are two parts the oldest and traditional “Fes-El- Bali” Medina, and the new part “Fes-El-Jdid. Also, we can see the beautiful and traditional way of building mosques, however the Plazas, Andalusian neighborhoods, palaces, and museums. We will spend our night in one of the traditional Riads.

Day 5: Fez - Ifrane - Atlas Mountains - Merzouga

After Breakfast you’ll start travelling southeast to Merzouga via Azrou and Errachidia. Your first stop will be at Ifran, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco”, and then to Merzouga via Midlet and the Ziz Valley.
During this journey, you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains. Stopping at the famous cedar forest – the largest in Morocco – where you may well sight Barbarian apes. You’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the city of Er Rachidia.
After lunch, your journey continues along the luxuriant Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way. We will drive through welcoming Berber villages to Rissani, the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty – the current ruling royal family in Morocco. Arriving in Merzouga at the end of the day, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before you check in to your riad.
After relaxing few minutes in Merzouga, we go to the camels who are waiting to take us on an adventure in the dunes. We will spend the night in an equipped camp with drum music in the middle of the Sahara, we go to high dunes to see the sunset , we will spend the night in nomad tents.

When the sun is rising at the top high dunes, it creates a magical scenery worth to wake up earlier to observe it. Take your breakfast and go with the camels to the hotel for a shower and then continue via Erfoud and Rissani to Todra Gorges. They are spectacular limestone river canyons to discover and appreciate its beauty. Stay the night in the arrival at Valley of Dades.

Day 7: Dades Gorge - Roses Valley- Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

Take your breakfast, and ride over the Dades Gorges before starting to drive to Marrakesh. We’ll be driving through the thousand Kasbahs route to Ouarzazate, and then continue to see the Rose Valley situated at Kelaat M’gouna, where pure cosmetic products such as rosewater are produced from the roses. Lunch will be at Ait Ben Haddou, which is a well-known castle that belonged to the Glaoui Pasha. A discovering visit to the Kasbah followed by a drive toward the pass Tichka and the Atlas Mountains to end the tour at Marrakesh.

Sightseeing starts in Marrakech at 8:00 am with a local guide. One of the amazing, also known places in the red city or as it is known, all over the world, “Marrakech”, and that we will visit, called “Saht Jamaa el-Fna”, is a very famous public place known for the different activities taking place there.
Marrakech is also known for the traditional buildings, which we are going to see while we are there: Menara, near the Koutoubia Mosque or you can also known as the Koutoubia books, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia, and the beautiful Majorelle Gardens; also, we will visit its traditional souks. Overnight we will spend at one of the Riads.

Day 9: Marrakech - Casablanca - Rabat

After breakfast, we depart to Essaouira. The main entrance to this splendid city’s harbor was built in 1184 and called the Porte de la Marine and it is truly an architectural marvel. Sit back, relax and let the beauty of the sandy bay that sweeps to the south of this enchanting town and the wooded hills which dominate the eastern skyline captivate you. Return to Marrakech for night in your Hotel .
